Mumbai: Kannada Sangha Santacruz celebrates 71st Republic Day

Mumbai, Jan 28: “Dr B R Ambedkar had thought of how to take the country further while writing the constitution. He had dreamt the dream of a secular country. "We should develop society as inspiration to the life of secularism. Therefore, let us live in unity and be patriotic,” said Kannada Sangha Santa Cruz president L V Ameen.
He addressed a gathering after hoisting the National flag as part of the 71st Republic Day celebrations on January 26.

Office bearers of the sangha were present. Honorary chief secretary Sujatha R Shetty welcomed the gathering and conducted the programme. Social and cultural committee president, Vanita Y Nonda rendered the vote of thanks.
