Sullia: Hit by motorbike, ten-year-old boy loses life

Sullia, Jan 24: Avinash (10), son of Mohan and Sheshamma couple from Ekkadka House in Koltige village, passed away at a hospital on Thursday January 23. He had suffered serious injuries after a motorbike hit him at Nettar Bayampady near Bellare.

Avinash was returning home after taking part in the annual festival of Bayambady temple along with parents at night when a motorbike hit him hard. The boy sustained serious injuries. He was provided medical assistance at Bellare Hospital and then taken to a private hospital at Puttur. But the doctor who examined the boy declared him brought dead.
