Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray flags off 17th edition of 'Dream Run'

Mumbai, Jan 19: Maharashtra chief minister Uddhav Thackeray on Sunday flagged off the 17th edition of Tata Mumbai Marathon 2020, the 'Dream Run'.

The run is a 5.9 km race which is not timed and finishers get a finisher medal after the race.

Actor Rahul Bose and veteran lyricist Gulzar are also said to take part in the Dream Run. Earlier in the day, state tourism minister Aaditya Thackeray flagged off the Half Marathon.

The 17th edition of the Dream Run is said to record over 55,000 runners participating in different events.
