Daijiworld Media Network - Mangaluru (MS)

Mangaluru, Dec 9: City police department, which is waging war against illegal cow stealing and trafficking, which is creating communal disharmony in coastal districts, conducted a parade of old and habitual cow thieves and issued them strict warning not to indulge in such activities.

City police commissioner Dr P S Harsha conducted the parade of the accused who were involved in earlier cases of cow theft and trafficking on the early morning of Monday, December 9 at the police grounds of the city. He issued strict warning asking them not to indulge in slaughtering, stealing and illegal sale of cattle. He also said that any recurrence of the act will call for a stringent legal action.

The former city police commissioner Sandeep Patil had conducted a similar parade of 102 habitual cow thieves in the month of July and issued the warning.

That is their inherited profession for livelihood.
They have to switch to any other profession and live a decent life as others do.

Protection of useless animals are so significant than the protection of women here, The police must understand that the beef eaters are not unconstitutional existance in this country and giving such an importance to this animal politics is just another face fascism. Can this ploice make a same perade of all accused rapists in the district . Definitely no.
