Karkala: Preparatory meeting for 16th Kannada Literary Conference held

Karkala, Dec 6: A meeting to prepare for the 16th Karkala taluk Kannada literary conference scheduled at Vidya Bodhini Aided Higher Primary School on December 29 was held under the leadership of Udupi district Kannada Sahitya Parishat and Nandalike Abbanadka Durgaparameshwari Friends Club at Kedinje School on Saturday.

Karkala taluk Kannada Sahitya Parishat president, Kondalli Prabhaker Shetty chaired the meeting.

The conference welcomed the committee honorary president, U Sheshagiri Kamath, national trainer Rajendra Bhat K, Kedinje School headmaster, Prathviraj Ballal, the welcome committee chief secretary, Abbanadka Sandeep V Poojary, Nandalike Abbanadka Durgaparameshwari Friends Club president, Abbanadka Sathish Poojary, Belman Jaycees president, Satyanarayana Bhat, Kedinje school alumni association president, Birettu Dinesh Poojary, Karkala taluk Kannada Sahitya Parishat unit honorary treasurer, Arun Rao Mundkoor, honorary secretary, Pilar Sudhaker Shenoy, Kannada Sahitya Parishat Belman unit members and Kannada language fans were present.
