Norwegian woman drowns while swimming in Goa

Mapusa, Dec 5: A 75-year-old Norwegian woman died in the sea off Morjim. Drishti Lifesaving Services claimed that the woman's body was found floating amid the rocks.
 
As per sources, a group of foreigners alerted the lifeguards on duty who managed to bring her lifeless body offshore.
 
 
The victim was later identified as Erlinda Macadaeg Pajarillo Skoglund. Pernem police stated that her tourist visa is valid up to December 26.
 
PSI Alvito Rodrigues, the investigation officer, asserted that in the past two weeks over two foreign tourists have died while swimming in Goa.
