Bahrain, Oct 20: Konkan Singers Club Bahrain will present the musical and comedy extravaganza ‘Xperimentz the Concert’ on the November 8 from 4.30 pm onwards at the Indian Club Grounds in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain.
‘Xperimentz the Concert’ will be a treat to music lovers in Bahrain. It is a project of Roshan D’Souza Angelore and Lloyd Rego Taccode, comprising of mainly Konkani, a few Hindi, Kannada and Tulu numbers composed by Roshan and Lloyd.
Several renowned artistes from Mangaluru will perform at this event. The artistes who will take part in the event are Zee Kannada SaReGaMa Season 15 finalist and pride of Mangaluru Nihal Tauro, Global Konkani Music Award winner and trained Hindustani vocalist Shilpa Cutinha, Global Konkani Music Award Winner, Soad 4 & Gulf Voice of Mangalore Season 5 Winner Robin Sequeira and upcoming singer Rynell Sequeira.
Music for this event will be provided by music director Roshan D’Souza Angelore and his team comprising of Sanjay Rodrigues and Ivan Pereira from Mangalore along with few musicians from Bahrain.
The lyricist and writer par excellence Lloyd Rego (Ellyar Taccode) and Dubai’s popular MC Roshan D’Silva will jointly compere the event.
Tulu comedy will be presented by Bale Telipale fame Prashamsa Kaup featuring artistes Prasanna Shetty, Sandeep Shetty, Merwyn Aranha and Sharath Shetty.
Dr Gerald Isaac Lobo, Bishop of Udupi diocese will be the chief guest of the occasion.
The organizers have invited all Mangalurean Konkani and Tulu lovers to join in and witness this musical extravaganza and enjoy the breathtaking performances by the visiting artistes and some Tulu comedy by Prashamsa Kaup.
