Dubai: KSCC holds event dedicated to fitness at Al Mamzar beach

Dubai, Oct 19: Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum initiated the Dubai 30x30 fitness challenge, an initiative to give 30 minutes of people’s time in exercise for 30 days to make people aware of fitness.

In the beginning, Mohammad Ismail, president of KSCC, spoke about maintaining health and one-month campaign initiated by the crown prince. He requested all the participants to exercise regularly in life and also provided some useful information on maintaining health.

The event started with jogging and exercise. In the KSCC Dubai Fitness Challenge-2019, about 150 people took the initiative to participate in the 30x30 challenge.



Ziauddin, the KSCC club's vice president welcomed the gathering at the programme. Club manager Mohammad Shafi organized the event. The remaining events of the campaign will be held at the same venue on October 25, and November 1 and 8. The grand conclusion ceremony will be held on November 15.

The organizers have planned to conclude the event in a grand way. KSCC thanked participants for joining the first session and also requested them to attend the upcoming event in huge numbers.
