Mangaluru: MBA students of SJEC hold flash mob, mime show

Mangaluru, Oct 18: Flash mob and a Thematic Mime show was organised by the MBA students of St Joseph Engineering College (SJEC), Mangaluru on Friday, October 18 at City Centre Mall, K S Rao Road, Managluru.

The event was organised with a view to spread awareness about ‘benefits of waste segregation and impact of climate change’ among citizens of Mangaluru. The students clad in white and blue danced to the tunes of Bollywood which was followed by Mime Show. The students highlighted the need for balanced eco system and waste treatment for ensuring a safe and sustainable environment for future generations. The mall witnessed a huge gathering of people watching the event from the balconies and also came forward eagerly to join the students in the celebration.

The management of St Joseph Engineering College and MBA faculty members were present on the occasion.

The department organised a similar event earlier too highlighting the road safety and traffic awareness in the city of Mangaluru.
