Mangaluru, Sep 10: The AICS Table Tennis Tournament 2019 was held on August 7 at Delhi Public School MRPL Mangaluru. In the Under-14 Girls Category, St Agnes CBSE School bagged the runners up trophy. The participants were Prapti VIIB, Nischelle Pinto VIID, Rachana K T VIIA and Lahari VIIA.
The Western Institute of Martial Arts organized the State Level Karate Competition 2019 on August 7 at Shri Rama Vidya Kendra, Kalladka. Students of St Agnes CBSE School secured various positions in Kata and Kumite in the individual category.
Under the guidance of karate instructor Keval , Tejal (XA) bagged 1st place in Kumite and 2nd in Kata, Prisha (XB) 1st place in Kata and 2nd in Kumite, Joslin D’souza (IXA) 1st place in Kata and 2nd in Kumite, and Nidhi (VC) bagged 1st place in Kumite and 2nd in Kata.
