Mangaluru, Aug 23: Tulunada Rakshana Vedike in association with Max Life Insurance held drawing and Muddu Krishna competitions for children at Kadri Balabhavan here, on August 22 to identify their talents on the eve of Krishna Janmashtami celebrations.
Comedian Saumya Sudheendra Rao inaugurated the programme and set in motion the fancy dress competitions. Swarna Sunder handed over drawing sheets to the children to draw. Tulunada Rakshana Vedike founder president Yogish Shetty Jeppu presided over the programme.
Max Life Insurance company head Nanayya, Norbert Miranda, Swathi Kulal, Mahesh, Jyothi Jain and J Ibrahim were the guests of honour. Harikrishna Punaroor distributed prizes to the winners in the concluding programme in the evening.
Competitions were held for students from standard 1 to standard 7 in seven divisions. First, second and third prizes and certificates were presented in each division.
Ashish Anchan welcomed everyone. Jyothi Edapadav compered the programme. Prathima Attavar proposed the vote of thanks.
