Bantwal, Jul 20: The inauguration of the various add-on courses of the academic year 2019-2020 was held recently at Carmel College Modankap. The programme was inaugurated by lighting the lamp. Harish Mambadi, president Bantwal Taluk Journalists Association was the chief guest.
Carmel College principal Dr Sr Latha AC, vice principal Florine Menezes, programme coordinator Pooja Shetty, student president Babitha Felsita Pereira was present on the dais.
The chief guest in his address said that various certificate courses offered by the college will help the students to equip with necessary skills to face the challenges in the present competitive world. Dr Sr Latha AC delivered her presidential remarks.
Mohammed Sinan of II BBA rendered the vote of thanks. The gathering was welcomed by Tejasvi from II BCom. The programme was compered by Iral Lobo of III BCom.
The programme ended with the college anthem.
