Mangaluru: Bertrand Russell School students celebrate ‘Kesard Onji Dina’

Mangaluru, Jul 20: The students of Bertrand Russell English Medium School Baikampady visited the Korngibail Kantanna Shetty agricultural field in Marakada on July 16 and celebrated ‘Kesard Onji Dina’ in slushy water.

The school conducted the programme to educate the students about sowing and reaping in the traditional way. Through this, students learnt to develop skills like team building and civic engagement.



Jagadeesh explained the students about agriculture. Around 135 students participated in the programme.
