Karkala, Jul 14: The department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, NMAMIT will organize a Short Term Training Programme (STTP) on Control of Power Electronic Converters for Smart Power Systems, sponsored by AICTE from July 15 to 20.

Dr Suresh H Jangamshetti, dean, R&D, professor and HOD of Electrical & Electronics Engineering at BEC Bagalkot will be inaugurating and N Vinaya Hegde, president of Nitte Education Trust and chancellor of Nitte (Deemed to be University) will be presiding over the function.
