Mangaluru: Man detained for showing porn to pedestrian girl

Mangaluru, Jul 10: A 29-year-old man was detained for outraging the modesty of a woman in city on Wednesday, July 10. 

The accused is identified as Devin Pinto, who is a resident of Bendur. 

As per details available now, Devin Pinto stopped a girl walking on the road and made her watch a pornographic video on his mobile phone. 

The girl who was shocked and scared of Pinto’s behaviour, complained to the police. Following the complaint, Pinto was detained. 

Mangaluru city police are investigating the case. 

Making others watch porn, displaying pornographic content in public, sending someone pornographic or obscene content etc are punishable crimes.
