Mumbai: Prakash B Poojary passes away

Mumbai, Jul 5: Prakash B Poojary (48), resident of Teen Number Khadi, Lal Bahadur Shastri nagar, Sakinaka, Andheri east passed after massive heart attack on July 3.

Prakash hailed from Sastan, Udupi and was employed in a private company in Mumbai. He had finished his daily chores as usual and was watching England-New Zealand World Cup cricket match at his residence when he suddenly experienced chest pain. His wife immediately rushed him to Faramount hospital, Sakinaka with help from neighbors. But he died on the way.

He has left behind his wife, an eight year old son and three year old daughter.

The postmortem of his body was conducted at Rajwadi hospital, Ghatkoper. His last rites were held in Sagbhag on July 4 in the presence of his relatives who had arrived from his hometown.
