Kuwait, Jun 21: A number of Muslims marched at Sulaibikhat Cemetery for a soul-stirring funeral when a 60-year-old American woman in Kuwait, died nine days after she converted to Islam.
Sarand Simona, who works at the Camp Arifjan US Army Base, was suffering from cancer for a long time. She and her husband John Loris were recently converted to Islam, as per Erem News. Sarand received her certificate of Islam proclamation nine days before her death.
Her husband John Loris, who is the only relative she has in Kuwait, thanked all who offered their condolences.
