Bengaluru: Poll code violation, inflammatory address - HC drops case against Kalladka Bhat

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (SP)

Bengaluru, Jun 20: The state high court (HC), on Wednesday June 19, dropped charges of violation of poll code and delivery of inflammatory address levelled against Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh leader, Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat.

Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat had filed petition in the HC seeking to quash the case filed against him. The single judge bench of the HC presided over by Justice P S Dinesh Kumar, which took up the petition, ordered to dismiss hearing being undertaken against Bhat in the subordinate court.

Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat argued that the accusations made against him were in the form of non-cognizable offences and the legal procedures needed to be followed in such cases were not followed. He also claimed that the complaint and the case registered relating to the complaint are politically motivated and had hence pleaded in the court to dismiss the complaint, first information report, and the hearing going on in the subordinate court.

If one all the cases heard by Karnataka High Court related to the Godman in rape and murder case or Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh leader, Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat is heard by Single judge bench case unique way of understanding between the judiciary and fanatics.

The Indian Judiciary system is one of the lowest levels since PM Modi's government inception in the center. Maybe its the case of Malegaon terror accuse Prghaya Singh Thakur who is critically ill in jail with Cancer which never got treated elected as Member of Parliament for the same house terror Afzal Guru is hanged for the attack.

If inflammatory speech on record is not sufficient for the High Court to prosecute the accused, is Indian Judiciary wants another Godhra, Kandhmal or Burma in India?

The whole of the Congress leadership should protest this on the streets. Mithun Rai should lead this with all the Cong leaders like Ramanatha Rai, khader, Lobo, Ivan D, M Bava, Ashraff, J Poojari and also supporters. The protest is of course for a just cause and would be good for Congress to re invent themselves.

What's wrong if he fights for Hindutva and for Hindu People,

He does not want more Mughals, British or Portugues who will come to rule India and convert Hindu People to other religions he does not want it, simple.

Now Christians and Muslims of India do not feel the pain of Hindus, Pakistan was a Hindu place now it's full of Muslims who were Hindus before and Hindus are forced to convert there.

And in Goa Portugues forced Hindus to convert, and you think they will ever convert back to their original religion never

Keep all these in Mind if he thinks about Hindus what's wrong in it, at the end of the day India originally belongs to Hindus right?

    Shetty, Dubai,

Use your common sense and start thinking..... Mughals ruled india almost 1000 years, if they forcibly converted people to islam them why today muslims are only 30% in india? and how Hindus are above 60%? when almost 90% of Hindus are adopting FAMILY PLANNING!!!

@ Zakir, Buddy I am not against any religious people in India or anywhere as per me One God and different names, But I feel bad when my original culture gets destroyed because of the invaders, in Dubai Locals are still following the Arab culture.

Even back I have Muslim friends and Christians as well who helped me in my tough times, I do not have any issues with anyone personally, I love them.

But When I see my culture is getting effected it feels bad, you getting what I am trying to say.

This Hate guru gunda Bhat has blessings of BJP and will be appointed as Governor of any State in the future.

BJP is looking for such hate gurus to get popularity. Courts are being influenced by central govt these days and no need to be surprised if any cases agaisnt bjp leaders / activists will be rejected by courts. There is fresh example of terrorist Sadhwi who had planned the bomb blast which killed many innocents and she is a MP. Will you get any other example of murdering indian constitution?
