Mangaluru: Burnt, decomposed bodies of couple found, suicide suspected

Mangaluru, Jun 19: Burnt and decomposed bodies of a couple were found here at a house in Thokkottu Chembugudde on Wednesday, June 19.

The deceased have been identified as Padmanabha (78) and Vimala (65). The bodies were found in burnt condition and completely decomposed.  

It is said that the couple was reportedly suffering from illness.

Ullal police station inspector Gopikrishna and sub-inspector Gurukanthi visited the spot and undertook investigation. 

The exact reason of them taking the extreme step is yet to be ascertained.
