I have many friends at Mangalore , we have a good solution for water recycling.you can save 90% of your waste water back in your yard . Only 10% of water will go into the corporation drain. If all of us can use our Method of Recycling then no water problem in any town , village or City . If you can send the recycled water back into our Mother Earth then it is Daily Rain in your Building . If all of you can follow our water harvesting method we can never face Water crisis . Let's plan for Better Future. U save 90% of your Used Water then Where is the Water Problem ???

If rain water harvesting is done by everyone including the govt buildings, we won't have any water issues in Mangalore.
But people won't do it voluntarily.
They have to be beaten to do it.
Of course we will complain everyone ekse except ourselves.

The free precious gift of essence of life is becoming scarce. The situation is lamentable & we ourselves are to blame. The severity of draught on Maharashtra is so severe, people are forced to drink muddy water. The Railways should come forward & haul water to save lives. Civic Authorities should fine those who waste water or imprison them.

Going by the way, it seems that athi buddivanthara jilles of DK and Udupi will turn into desert at least during summer in next two to three years. If yettinahole project is okayed by the GNT, then for sure both districts will have to just put their faith in God to shower rain even during the month of April and May, which may confuse even the creator.

Let District Authorities approve the construction of 50 more High Rise buildings with each building having more than 150 apartments each.

A city which does not have wide roads, adequate footpaths, modern underground drainage system, multiple water reservoirs, modern public transport is called a World class Smart Shity.

No I don't believe in God. Especially after we have cut trees and populated this country, the water stress is very difficult to manage.
It's like saying you will get good marks in your exams without studying, just pray to God.

Why can't rain water harvesting be made mandatory..in apartments and houses with individual compounds.
There is sufficient rainfall in Mlore but due to concrete roads and insufficient water percolation into the ground we have landed in this present water crisis, we are all responsible for this situation.
We have sufficient evidence that ground water level can be increased if every person of Mlore does take responsibility instead of playing the blame game.
STOP ACTING IMMATURE AND BE READY FOR WATER HARVESTING BEFORE THE MONSOON ARRIVES.
