Daijiworld Media Network – Bengaluru

Bengaluru, Apr 22: It has come to light that 7 members from JD(S) who were in Sri Lanka on the day of serial blasts, have not been in touch with their families. No one from the state has managed to get in touch with them.

Chief minister H D Kumaraswamy has confirmed this through a tweet on April 21 late night. He says he is shocked to hear about the news. He also mentions that four of these members are feared dead and he is in touch with the High Commission in Colombo.

It is not known on what mission these members went there.

8 blasts in Sri Lanka killed more than 250 people and rendered more than 500 injured on Sunday, April 21.

More details are awaited.
