Goa University job fair on May 8

Panaji, Apr 15: Goa University (GU) is all set to conduct its annual placement fair 2019 on May 8.

The fair is mainly for final year postgraduate students in GU and undergraduate students at various colleges affiliated to the university.

The fair will be organized by the directorate of student placement and alumni relations (DSPAR) of GU in collaboration with the Goa Chamber of Commerce and Industry from 10 am to 5 pm in the arts faculty block of the university.

Registration is free and students can avail online registration facility till April 26 on the university website.

The list of companies carrying out recruitments will be displayed on the Goa University website after April 29 students have been told.

    It is time for me to move on to a bigger responsibilty in my life. For me this job fair seems like a brand new and much welcomed challenge in my career. This opportunity can help me in many ways to boost my confidence as well as drive my career forward . It can help me bring out my hidden confidence, also it can motivate me to work hard, and acquire more knowledge in this field. I very responsible person and quite creative thinker. I want to feel more involved and attached to workplace. This last year of my postgraduate and now the big question where my way is now! So this is big opportunity to get job. I am looking forward after postgraduation to do job with nice environment where i can use my skill and to raise my view point on particular thing...I would be proud to work for a company with such a long history of leadership in the industry...However , job seeker should be encourage to avail opportunity to get out there and meet prospector emplyoyer The biggest advantages I might derive from such a visit, even if does not convert into employment offer, is networking with employer.Many professionals will also offer a career counselling free of charge if they got time to talk with me. This will be an invaluable opportunity to have my resumemed revieved by company insider...I hope that i will get better way to look forward. I really want to attend this job fair as it will provide a lot of knowledge...if i got opportunity to attain a job fair it will going to a nice and great chance to show my talent... I can get a huge jump an the competetion by getting a list of the company attending the fair and there may be opportunities for disscussing my protfolios with the recruiter ..either over shortbreak or during a interview. It is bbest to be prepared no matter what...this will going to be great job fair where i will get how to think about career based on their guidness...am very excited to learn much more from them though this the first opportuniry if i get an chance.
