Udupi: Kannada daily assistant manager collapses in office, loses life

Udupi, Apr 15: Harish Shetty (39), working for a Kannada daily, collapsed in his office on Friday. Although he was admitted into a hospital and treated, he breathed his last on Sunday April 14. His end came at a private hospital at Mangaluru.

Shetty has left behind parents, wife,and a son.

Harish Shetty was serving Kannada daily, Vijay Karnataka's Mangaluru edition, in the capacity of assistant manager (business and commercial) department. Immediately after he fell to the ground, the colleagues had admitted him into a hospital.

Harish Shetty was the eldest son of his parents and was pillar of strength for the family. He had recently built a new house, house warming of ceremony of which was planned for next month.
