Mangaluru, Mar 26: A student died on spot after his bike collided with a truck at Valachil near here on Tuesday, March 26.
Tippanna (21), a resident of Shakthinagar, is the deceased person. He was the student of Srinivas Engineering College.
Tippanna was riding the bike and when it reached Valachil, it collided with the truck carrying poultry items.
Some locals alleged that police arrived at the spot within few minutes after the accident but did not allow shifting injured Tippanna to the hospital. The delay of 20 minutes cost the life of Tippanna, they said.
The body has been shifted to Wenlock Hospital in city.
