Mangaluru: ICSI conducts workshop on Companies Act

Mangaluru, Mar 15: The Mangaluru chapter of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) Mangaluru organised a programme for member students and companies on March 9 at Karnataka Bank Kodialbail auditorium.

CS Thirpupal G conducted the workshop on Companies Act 2013. CS Chethan Nayak, chairman of the Mangaluru chapter of ICSI inaugurated the chapter and more than 110 delegates including many corporate delegates present in the workshop.

Delegates from Karnataka bank ltd, Diya Systems Mangaluru, Robosoft Udupi and Upasana Retreat also participated in the programme.
