KSRTC offers free ride to students during PUC examinations

Bengaluru, Feb 23: In a noble gesture, Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has offered to ferry students free of cost from March 1 to 18, during the second PUC examinations to reach their examination centers.

The second PU examinations of 2019 are slated to to be held from March 1 to 18. The students have to answer these exams in colleges and centers except the institutes where they are studying. So, in order for the convenience of the students, KSRTC is offering free bus ride from the residence to the examination centre and back home on production of hall tickets to the conductors.

This facility is available in city, rural, general and express buses of KSRTC, says a publication from the corporation.
