Udupi: District citizen committee prays to Mukhyaprana deity to ward off monkey fever

Udupi, Jan 23: In view of the fear of monkey fever spreading in the district, Udupi district citizens committee offered special prayers at Mukyaprana temple, Indrali here on Tuesday, janaury 22 for protection from the epidemic to animals and humans.

Special pooja was offered at the temple praying that the deadly sickness may go away and nobody may be affected due to it.



Udupi district citizen committee chief secretary Nityananda Olakadu, Badagubettu credit cooperative society chief secretary Jayakar Indrali, member of municipal council Ashok Naik, Kushal Shetty, Manohar Shetty, Shobha D Shetty, Arvind Shetty, Ravindra Nayak and others were present.
