Now one can understand why Finance Minister Arun Jaitley who is in New York for soft tissue cancer treatment has Redefined 'Foreign' as 'Indian' to Get BJP, Off the Hook for Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act 2010 (FCRA) Violation.
The very reason for rolling out of 'Electoral Bond' is started giving dividends to the BJP with more cash to its coffers of party funds.
The Prime Minister promised in 2014 Lok Sabha elections corrupt free India but kept Off the Hook for FCRA Violation. The party also secretly enrolled 'Bar code' which can be seen only under the ultraviolet light to track the source of opposition party funding.
Many commentators don't even know that it secretly tie-up with 'Pay Tm' selling merchandise using 'NAMO' app using nationalism that in turn rooted to the party coffers.
The FCRA is made so flexible for the BJP that, imagine Nirav Modi who invested in Caribean Island can sponsor the party as 'Indian' citizen instead 'Foreign'.
I would rather say Rs 430 crores is only pennies of BJP which spent $5 Billion in last Lok Sabha elections in which most of the donation coming from United States, Saudi Arabia and wealth Gujarati Diamond Merchants from Europe.
The nation has no money for flood victims, suiciding farmers struggling to support price, profession without jobs asked sell 'Pakoda' for a living. no money to buy ammunition for forces.
As far as party fund no dearth on spending on statues, foreign trips, advertisements, horse trading MLA's.

If corruption needs to be eradicated first. It is party funding regardless of one's affiliation need to properly audited.
