Mangaluru: Roopesh Shetty to direct Tulu film ‘Girgit’

Mangaluru, Dec 28: Actor Roopesh Shetty is preparing to direct ‘Girgit’ film with the subject that life revolves around like chameleon. ‘Girigt’ will be directed by Rakesh Kadri and Roopesh Shetty.

Roopesh, who has acted in several Sandalwood and Coastalwood films, has got down for direction for the first time.

The film has cent per cent healthy comedy. “’Girgit’ will revolve around our lives,” says the director. Aravind Bolar, Naveen D Padil, Bhojaraj Vamanjoor, Prasanna Shetty Byloor, Sandeep Shetty Manibettu, Umesh Mijar and others will be seen in the film.

Story and script is being handled by Roopesh Shetty. Prasanna Shetty Bailoor has written the dialogues, Joel and Darrel will directe music and Navin Shetty will choreograph the dance. The film will hit the screens under Roopesh Shetty Cinema banner. Manjunath Attavar, Shoolin Films and Taranath Bolar have shouldered the responsibility of production. Deekshit Aala is the co-producer.
