Udupi, Dec 16: The decennial year of Trinity Central School was celebrated on Saturday, December 15 with great joy.

Dr Gerald Isaac Lobo, bishop, Diocese of Udupi, inaugurated the decennial celebrations by receiving the Indian flag from students and then hoisting the same.

In his message to the gathering, the bishop said, “Every nation has its unique qualities. Education should empower these qualities in children. Every teacher should know that in their classrooms there are students who in future will be great leaders and very successful citizens.”

“Students must have a goal in life. To achieve success, the principle of 99% hard work and 1% inspiration should be followed. There are no shortcuts for hard work. Failing to plan is planning to fail. Plan your life. Students are in the hands of teachers. Teachers should try bringing a positive change in every child’s life,” he added.
