Bengaluru: Buoyed by bypoll performance, Siddaramaiah predicts 20 seats in LS election

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (SP)

Bengaluru, Nov 7: Apparently elated at the coalition's superlative performance in the just-concluded bypoll, former chief minister, leader of Congress Legislature Party and chairman of coalition's coordination committee, Siddaramaiah, exuded confidence of the coalition winning at least 20 out of the 28 Lok Sabha (LS) seats in the state during the next year's Lok Sabha election.

Siddaramaiah said that the coalition arrangement will continue for the Lok Sabha election and will register an impressive performance.

Siddaramaiah is naturally very happy at the way results have turned out and the way his hard work has paid off. The coalition won four constituencies, Mandya, Ramanagara, Ballari and Jamkhandi out of five constituencies which went to the bypoll. Siddaramaiah had widely campaigned for the coalition candidates in all the constituencies. Shivamogga Lok Sabha seat happens to be the only one the coalition lost, where former Bangarappa's son and JD(S) leader, Madhu Bangarappa, had been fielded, which went to the BJP.

Karnataka along with South India will reject the BJP lock stock and barrel after seeing the chaos in the BJP ruled northen states. The Modi sarkars performance has been a total failure on all fronts. A change at the centre is very much required to stop the drift and get our beloved country back on an even keel.

The people will reject the Jhumla Politics.

What has your PM candidate done? so the main issue is to remove the current ruling party and PM from power and the opposition will select the best candidate with in them... surely an educated person who is suitable for the post. Any person or party is not above the country.. we dont want rulers but we need a good administrator as PM... and a special tablet for bhakhts.. Rahul wont be the PM if the coalition gets the majority.. Keep guessing.. We are in a democracy and BJPs TINA arguement wont work always.. there is always an option in healthy democracy..

World Bank & IMF are not filled with uneducated people. They have praised Mr Modi. Mr Modi has brought structural changes. Today the Direct taxes base has bradened after 2014. Neary 2 lakh name sake Shell Companies are deregistered. Never before i have seen such attack on Black money. He has better managed fiscal and curret account deficit. The Contraction of economy is short term .
