Giving Judge Post at such young age is not at all wise decision. Becoming a judge one needs more maturity, wisdom etc. This comes only with experience and as age pass.

I am not saying that this lady is incapable, but generally Judge posts are never given to young blood. Garam Qhoon hamesha jazbaati hojata hai, temper upar hojata hai, aur galat decision le baite ya faisle kara baite. That's the reason in most of the cases, we find senior guys of age more than 40 or 50 at such level.

Unless Judges are trained they will not be able to deliver justice.

Most Judges writes judgment order with the help of Senior advocates. They are unable to do it independently.

They should be trained in law and also on general knowledge.
