Daijiworld Media Network - Puttur (SP)

Puttur, Sep 22: Beebi Afreena from Sullia, who had disappeared after her marriage, was found in the company of her lover on September 21, reports said. She however, refused to accompany her husband.

Afreena had been married to Muhammed Farooq from Haradi about six months back. She suddenly went missing on the night of September 18. Thereafter, a missing complaint was registered in the women's police station here.

Afreena visited the police station on September 21 along with her paramour, Bathish. She however, remained insistent on not accompanying her husband. Therefore, she was allowed to go with her lover.

The police said that the two were in love with each other even before Afreena's marriage.

The paradox is that people support the liberal view of eloping with the person they like as adults! But who knows the agony stress and shame suffered by parents and relatives in our custom bound society? . People support when it happens in other house and community and when it is done in their own house they go rebellious and fight like soldier as is the case with almost all Indians.

Before 2014.... all crimes and coplaints were burried under dustbin in police station itself..... no further investigation nor reporting.... Just take bribe and leave the criminal like old Hindi films and kannada films .... villain goes in procession with his crime gang... and hero is simply watching them.... lawyers missing ... and now after 2014.... Every crime, accidents, kidnapping, bribe taking, love affairs, FAKE documents generation etc... are reported to social media by modern youths and thru internet.... even TV/ Press are actively participating with 24*7 reporting and finally lead to brain washing of some week minded people..... YES After 2014 everything is reported well and investigated as per law and Police and Court is also doing their jobs with BEST PROFESSIONAL thoughts.... HATS OFF TO YEAR 2014 ONWARDS....

Marriage in them is a contract between father of the bride & groom, but formality is there of asking the bride about her agreement.
Here parents knew her affair & may be forced her to this nikha,
better parents give consent to their children to marry despite their counsel they remain adamant.
These days we can see the boys & girls from their community getting closer as both girls & boys study together in colleges. Some day the dowry system might end in their community with both getting educated & may be getting jobs

Jithendra K Mumbai why should one get frustrated if Franco got arrested? One should be happy that nuns are safe now ,second,so long court has not said he is guilty ,he is still not guilty. So stop taking the chance to compare others to him. There are also other people ,to be compared.I simply would like to know why this newly wed lady didnt oppose her wedding with another person previously, knowing she doesnt love him but another. Now she spoiled the life of a innocent person .was it his wealth,or age ,or someother reason to tie wedlock before and later runaway?
