Udupi: Christian Minority Women’s Multipurpose Cooperative Society holds AGM

Udupi, Sep 20: Christian Minority Women’s Multipurpose Cooperative Society convened their 3nd annual general meeting (AGM) at Bishop’s House auditorium here on September 13.

The board of directors Shalet Pinto, Sylvia Dsouza, Benedicta Dsouza, Julia Crasta, Lidwin Lobo, Flavy Dsouza, Godwin Rebello, Aprocine Veigas, Assumptha Crasta, Daisy Dsouza, Nancy Pais and Josephine Dsouza led by president Hilda Alva were invited to the dais.

The president welcomed all the directors and shareholders. The annual report, annual accounts and budget was presented by the CEO and approved by the members of the society.

CEO of the society Wilma Anitha D’Souza introduced Benedict Veigas as pigmy collector of the society. As decided in the AGM, she further said that chartered accountant Vivian Pinto has been appointed as the auditor for the year 2018-19.

Vice-president Julia Crasta rendered the vote of thanks. AGM concluded with the national anthem.
