Mangaluru, Sep 19: ICYM Kulur unit in collaboration with A J Hospital here organised 'Red Drop Kulur 2K18', a blood donation camp under ICYM Blood Account at St Antony Church mini hall Kulur.

Fr Vincent Dsouza, parish priest St Antony Church, Kulur presided over the programme along with the chief guest Fr Ronald Prakash Dsouza, director ICYM Central Council Mangaluru diocese; Dayananda Shetty, corporator Kulur ward; Gopal Krishna, blood bank in-charge A J hospital; Lavina Dsouza, president Catholic Sabha Kulur unit and Claver Dsouza, animator ICYM Kulur unit.

Anusha Ferrao member ICYM Kulur unit welcomed the gathering.

Fr Ronald Prakash Dsouza, Rev Fr Vincent Dsouza, Dayananda Shetty and Gopal Krishna addressed the gathering on the importance of blood donation.

Reeshal Dsouza thanked all the guests and felicitated them with a memento as a token of gratitude and compered the inaugural programme.

70 donors had come to donate blood but only 51 were eligible as per medical tests. ICYM Kulur unit members worked hard to be a helping hand toward the needy as well as for the success of the event.
