Mangaluru Sep 11: Congress supporters violated traffic rules by not wearing helmets during the protest rally from Jyothi Circle to DC office here on Tuesday September 11, against Rafale scam.

During the protest, Congress supporters were seen riding bikes raising slogans against Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Rafale scam. Close to 50 bikes were in the protest rally. Some were riding solo while some others were with pillion riders.

These protestors took advantage of the situation and broke traffic rules. None of the protesters on bikes, riders or pillion riders, wore helmets.

Police impose fines if anyone rides bike without wearing helmets. No one knows why these rules were not applicable for these protestors. In the name of the protest, all traffic riles were violated in the presence of police.

This is not the first such instance where traffic rules were violated during protest. Whenever there is a protest, protestors are seen violating traffic rules in one or the other way.

Don't take law and order in your hand just to oppose any political party wrong doing. As many critics commented, these goons have nothing to cover under the helmet, why cause public nuisance. This the problem of unemployeed goons who are offered political status by chediless congress.

They think they are immune to laws. Biggest success for all political defaulters in India, are their dumb followers. Here in comment section also, we can find some people who are highly biased to their political & religious ideology.

Why you allowed BD and other gangs to ride bikes at protest without helmets.
At protest the bikes are ridden at a very low speed and it's not risky. I have seen rallies all over India where people wear a mask of Modi so they don't wear a helmet.

    Truth Teller, Karnataka,

Before commenting, please read my comments to other posts. I always oppose BD and their nonsenses. That does not make me to justify Congress mistake. I am a critic and I criticize any wrong doings, unlike many others who justify their leaders and their party.

What to protect inside the Helmet ??????? if they had anythgin inside they would not be doing what they are doing without knowing why they are doing. Just pick a random Dongi in that group and ask them whats Rafael all about ? they show you the direction of Bandhar or Ullal.

Two more terrorists killed by Modi Government today. Let's celebrate. Forget about petrol price. We elected Modi to eliminate terrorists and stone pelters. Not to reduce petrol price. That can be done by anybody. Just reduce tax. Prices will come down. What is great in this. After that, from where will government gets money to eliminate terrorists.
