Heavy rains is there since millions of years in coastal areas. Here the culprit is not rain but endless digging with JCB and mindless destruction of native tress whose typical root structure slowed water movement. Added to this senseless use of plastic which blocked every water exit point.

Ban heavy earth diggers otherwise in few years malnad and coastal region will be unsuitable for human habitation

I do not understand why the educated ones lose logic and reasoning abilities when it comes to God.

After Darkness there is Light.... who is the reason for this darkness?
After the misery there is happiness. Why the misery then? Is God a sadist?
Why didn't that 'almighty' God could not stop the floods in Kerala from happening? Why couldn't God avert the untimely death of 350 people there?

Can any believer or religious scholars answer my questions?

Today we should pray for our leaders so that their eyes are opened and they realise that nature can hit back and that no human power can withstand when nature decides to strike back. Sadly the leaders in India, China and the US, the three largest polluting countries are on denial mode and deny that global warming and climate change is happening. Money and greed have completely drowned commonsense. What is happening in Kerala and some other places across the world today is only a prelude to what is to come, if mankind keeps ignoring these signals. Maybe it is too late already !!!!!

In Hinduesiam we worship the powers of Nature...fire..rain..water etc etc etc...which is nothing but Nature worship. But some how feel like we are just doing therorical worship but ignored scientfuc reason or practices required to save the Nature ... earlier nagabana used to be dense forest and people never used to cut the trees..but we started building gudis by removing the trees....So time to believe Nature as god and save it which is nothing but worship..
