Udupi, Aug 18 : The auditions for ‘Mr & Miss Mangalore Beauty Pageant 2018' will be held on August 19 at Country Inn Suites by Radisson Manipal.

The first audition of ‘Mr and Miss Mangalore’ was held on August 4 in Mangaluru which received good response with more than 50 entries. The second audition will be held in Manipal.

The grand finale of ‘Mr and Ms Mangalore’ beauty pageant is expected to be held in September first week in Mangaluru.

Participants from 18 to 27 can participate in the beauty pageant. The dress code for boys is smart casuals and shoes and for girls it is cocktail dress, high heels and stiletoes.

'Mr and Mrs Mangalore 2018’ pageant provides a platform to the youth to showcase their talents and boost their confidence. It emphasizes grace, poise, glamour, fashion, confidence, originality and intelligence.

Selected finalists will undergo grooming sessions, fitness sessions and photo shoot. Title winner will get direct entry to other beauty pageant and sign a modeling contract.

Coastalwood and Sandalwood actress Shraddha Salian, fashion designer Milanie Suvarna, Prashanth Salian of Biruver Kudla and actor and model Anil are the organizers of the event.

Registration

To register, participants can send their name, age, height, location, contact number with attached 2 whole body picture (DSLR quality, face should be visible, no sun glass/eyeglass should be wearing on the photograph) to pamevents2018@gmail.com

Pictures will be uploaded for the online contest for the title of ‘Mr and Miss Popular’.

Registration fees for the participants is Rs 500.

Criteria of judging are ramp walk, introduction and Q/A from Jury. For documentation the participants need to carry ID proof (original + photocopy), 2 recent photographs (passport and full length 6x9 size).
