Mangaluru: LCS to host AICS ‘Bright Spark’ chess tournament

Mangaluru, Aug 16: Lourdes Central School (LCS) will host AICS (Association of ICSE and CBSE Schools) chess tournament ‘Bright Spark 2018’ on August 18 from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm at Bejai Church hall.

There will be 80 teams of under-14 and under-7 (mixed group) and around three districts of Karnataka will participate in the tournament.

Principal of Lourdes Central School Fr Robert D’Souza in a press release announced that Fr Antony Shera, secretary Catholic Board of Education will inaugurate the tournament and Fr Wilson L Vitus D’ Souza, manager will be present for the function.
