Srinagar, Aug 14 (IANS): Peoples Democratic Party's Youth President survived a bid on his life by unidentified assailants, party sources said on Tuesday.
Waheed Parra was returning from a condolence meeting on Monday evening when gunmen on motorcycle fired at his bullet proof vehicle in Chadoora area of Badgam.
"Bullets hit Parra's bullet proof vehicle, but he survived the bid on his life", the sources said.
Police said they were investigating the incident.
