Knowlarity integrates Cloud-based offering 'Tentacle'

New Delhi, Aug 14 (IANS): India's largest cloud telephony service provider Knowlarity on Tuesday announced integration of "Tentacle" -- a Cloud-based telemarketing software by Mumbai-based cloud telephony startup Sunoray -- into its global business communications.

After successfully integrating Sunoray's cloud telephony platform, Knowlarity has completed the two-step integration process by absorbing ‘Tentacle' -- an end-to-end cloud-SaaS CRM that covers the entire customer acquisition workflow from telemarketing to field force management, the company said in a statement.

"Sunoray has a wide customer base across verticals and we plan on leveraging our expansive presence combined with Sunoray's extensive domain-specific expertise to grow rapidly in the next three years," said Ambarish Gupta, Founder & CEO, Knowlarity.

"Tentacle" eliminates the need to purchase any hardware or software. "Tentacle" is integrated with several lead generation platforms and CRMs like Salesforce, JustDial and Sulekha.

"Given that the demand for Cloud-SaaS products and solutions is at an inflection point, we expect explosive growth over the next 3 years", said Sumontro Roy, Co-founder, Sunoray.

Sunoray Solutions, founded by Rahul Arora and Sumontro Roy in 2014, offers SMBs and Enterprise customers the latest cloud-tech products via an online subscription model.

New Delhi-based Knowlarity has been at the forefront of introducing cutting-edge technologies in the field of business communications and operations using Artificial Intelligence.
