    Cow stealing and slaughtering is crime. Does any religion teaches act of stealing as a saintly act? Thieves should be punished as per Indian crime on animals act.

    It is no doubt that this bullocks are destined for Muslim sacrificial festival. This time it is not cow but bullocks which is permissible according to the state animal slaughter law.
    Do our law enforcement official how seized this animals because they not humanely treated because they are not human, what is the protocol to transport the bovine according to them?
    1. How many animals are allowed to transport in one transport vehicle?
    2. What is the necessary documentation required to transport bovine from point A to point B legally in Karnataka?
    3. Who is responsible for the protection of transporters safety as well as animals throughout the journey from the port of loading to the destination?
    4. What will be the state of seized property and what will be done to it?

    In spite of raising of 'Lynching' cases all over India including two cases in our state, I would like to clarify from the District Commissioner, States Ministry agriculture, Ministry of Home and local SHO in written.
    I would also like request Muslims to respect the religious feelings of others not uploading or slaughtering animals in open or dispersing carcass in drains.

    What is illegal cattle trafficking and how to make the same legal? Do people need to take licence to transport cattle? Some say transporting cattle in a tempo is the inhuman way. Then do the cattle be transported in the lorry or make it walk the distance? It does not make any sense to me. As long as the cattle are bought, no one should have problems with transporting. Before reporting such incidents, police need to verify the facts. As long as cattle are not stolen, transporting them does not become an offence and hence not trafficking.

    Why government stop export? Government earn export duty on exports...

    But what will government get if this tempo transports illegally? Actually government gets nothing. That's that is illegal and they seize it.

    Muslim clergy should immediately issue a fatwa against illegal cattle slaughter/ cattle theft etc. When they can issue fatwa against eye brow shaping for woman, also against Muslims wishing non Muslims on their festivals why can't they stand up against this? Or are they complicit in this illegal racket? If this continues like this tension will increase between two communities and many innocent lives will be lost due to riots and lynchings.

    Hindus don't have the concept of fatwas. Also there is no clergy which controls Hindus. Anyway Prime Minister himself has spoken against lynching under any circumstances so it is clear. Now let the Muslim clergy respond

    Mon, Aug 13 2018

    @Karthik,
    Do you know what is fatwa? Fatwa means opinion/ suggestion in the light of religious scriptures.

    There is no clergy in Muslims who control all Muslims. Only Quran and prophetic narrations control Muslims ( including those imams who give fatwa).

    If you say that your clergy do not control Hindus, why some of your sangh affiliated clergy poke their nose and always give suggestions to people other religions in their religious matters?

    Meanwhile who is listening to Modi? . There is no single day that passes without lynching. What is the value of his speech then?
