It is sad that most of the world's leaders including our own deny global warming and climate change which has already started creating havoc across our planet. They laugh at experts and scientists. Greed has destroyed everyone's capacity to think. In the past people were talking about the difficulties the coming generations will face after 100-150 years, but the way things are shaping up, I feel disaster is waiting to happen within the next 20-30 years and the countdown has already begun. Extreme heat across Europe, floods and devastation across Asia, melting of glaciers on the North and South poles. Ravaging forest fires in North America and Southern Europe. Deadly pollution across all major cities. I hope for the sake of humanity and life on this planet better sense will prevail soon before it is too late and everything is lost.

People, do not venture out in flood waters during heavy rains. Sit at the sit out with a glass of whiskey, legs up and enjoy the rains. You may also opt for some open terrace bars in Mangalore.
