Mumbai: Ramaraja Kshatriya Sangha felicitates special achievers

Mumbai, Aug 11: Ramaraja Kshatriya Sangha here, recently held a felicitation programme Kepers auditorium, Sakinaka, Andheri east.

It was chaired by president of the Sangha B Ganapathi Sheregar. Chief guest Devaraya M Sherugar, honorary president Mallayya R Sheregar, B V Sheregar, vice president Shanker Muddodi and treasurer Prakash M Sheregar were on the dais.



President Ganapathi Sheregar draped a shawl, presented memento, fruits and flowers to social worker, religious leader M Sherugar and Anitha Devaraya couple who built Chandika Durgaparameshwari temple. He similarly honored Vrashabha D Sherugar and Mithun D Sherugar.

Devaraya Sherugar responding to the honour said that he is immensely pleased with the felicitation from his own community. “The blessings from my parents and support from my wife and children helped me in all my work. I am grateful for the felicitations,” he said.

Prabhaker Naika, Vipul Naika, K V Hegde, Narayana Kodi and Subraya Sherugar conveyed their best wishes. Secretary of the sangha, Dayananda B introduced the felicities, compered the programme and thanked everyone.

A 'Sangeeta Rasamanjari' was held as part of the programme.
