Missing girl from city traced in Bengaluru with boyfriend

Mangaluru, Aug 10: A missing girl from the city has been traced in Bengaluru by Pandeshwar police here on Thursday August 10.

The 17-year-old girl was working in an apartment in Mangaluru. The girl who hails from Soraba was in love with a guy named Ramesh from her same village. The parents of the girl, who came to know about their affair, sent her to Mangaluru to work in an apartment in Valencia.

Few days after working at the apartment, she went missing. The apartment owner had filed a complaint at Pandeshwar police station.

The girl meanwhile, went to Soraba and called her boyfriend asking him to move to some other place. She also threatened him if he did not come along with her. Then the couple left their homes and moved to Bengaluru and started living in a rented house in Bommasandrahalli. Ramesh started working as a daily wage laborer at Golf club.

Meanwhile, Pandeshwar police received information about their whereabouts and took them into custody. They have been brought to Mangaluru and further investigation is underway.
