Mumbai: Jayalaxmi Co-operative Credit Society holds general body meet

Mumbai, Jul 23: Jayalaxmi Co-operative Credit Society operating in the city on Sunday July 22 held its annual general body meeting at Satyanarayana Goenka Bhavan, Andheri east.

Founder of the society, Dr Narayana R Gowda along with directors lit the traditional lamp and inaugurated the meeting.

Officials of the society, political leaders, entrepreneurs, elite and others were present. Society manager Parashuram Daund welcomed, conducted the meeting, read the annual report of previous year and presented the figures of turnover for previous year. Rangappa Gowda who chaired the meeting, announced a dividend of 9% out of the profit to the shareholders.



Officer Asharani B Gowda presented the report of previous year's general body meeting. Prakash N Wadker outlined the details of internal accounts, Ravi Subhash Gowda presented the details of annual business. Pradeep Kumar R Gowda briefed on its annual activities. Accounts officer Shilpa Santhosh Mandavkar informed the details of accounts. Shivakumar H Gowda presented the annual budget. K Raje Gowda introduced the guests and thanked everybody.
