Kundapur: Gurukul College elects office bearers for old students association

Kundapur, Jul 21: Gurukul education institute here has always maintained its standard of education. It inaugurated a Gurukul old students association for the benefit of students who passed tenth standard to help them in their professional life.

Nearly 450 students became members of the association by registering their names. Office bearers were elected in the general meeting of the association. The newly elected office bearers briefed about their responsibilities and explained how the association will help in their career.

Old student Govinda Pai was elected president and Charitra Shetty was elected vice president of the association. The governing council, principal and teachers in the institute congratulated the office bearers.
