My only question is, who is responsible for this bus-rickshaw collision. By God's Grace there were no fatalities. It was a miraculous escape.

Parents & School management should be blamed why ? because both are very well aware of the fact that rickshaws & omini are very dangerous for school children to travel, we have seen this accidents several times in past government cannot implement a speed beaker for buses due to political pressure, drivers irresponsible & negligent either school should arrange a school bus or parents should use alternative method. its a miracle that nothing major happened.

Why leave out the vehicle owners or drivers. Firstly these three wheelers are to carry only 3 paying passengers they carry much more than seven also. It all boils down to the problem with a capital C- corruption.

Regarding the Bus drivers , our Traffic Police must take action against them. I can't understand why Bus Association President is attending the Phone In Programme? It is closed door programme. Why our Police department is favouring him and inviting, when from his side contribution to the city traffic. Zero.?.
