Mangaluru: Medical shop raided for selling tablets without prescription

Mangaluru, July 19: A medical shop near PVS circle was raided by the officials for selling tablets without prescription here on July 18.

Assistant police commissioner of central sub division, Urva police station and east division police station inspectors and drugs control department officials after getting definite information raided Health Cure medical shop near PVS circle here on July 18 at about 8 pm.

During the raid, it was noticed that the shop was selling Stasmo Proxyvon – Plus tablets without doctor’s prescription.

The officials have confiscated the tablets, registered a case and taken up investigation.
