Moodbidri: ‘Visionest’ inaugurated at Yenepoya Institute of Technology

Moodbidri, Jul 15: The inauguration of ‘Visionest’ in collaboration with Centre for Advanced Computing at Yenepoya Institute of Technology was held on Saturday, July 14.

The programme was held at the seminar hall. Dr Jeevan Pinto welcomed the gathering. Prof Ritesh Kumar introduced the chief guest. Chandrashekar Rao Kuthyar, founder of SangamOne connected services private limited was the chief guest. Dr Rajesh D’souza, principal of Yenepoya Institute of Technology, Moodbidri presided over the programme. The CEO and founder Prof Kevin Joy D’Souza presented the company profile and his ‘Visionest’ team to the gathering.

Chief guest Chandrashekar Rao Kuthyar explained the importance of an analytic approach to understand problems and software engineers can tackle the real world problem through digital solutions in his Speech. Dr R G D’Souza spoke about Yenepoya Institute of Technology’s collaboration with ‘Visionest’. The guests then proceeded to the venue T-07 for the inauguration of ‘Visionest’. Staffs teaching, non-teaching, representatives of companies, and family members were present.

‘Visionest’ is a start-up, inspired by the demand for cutting-edge software to provide digital solutions. ‘Visionest’ intends to create a learning and development ecosystem by exposing to modern computing technologies to solve real-time problems. It offers an experiential training system aided with comprehensive technology-based models. They also offer internship opportunities to prospective software developers and prepare trained manpower for IT sector. It is their dream to build a centre of excellence in computing where aspiring computer science technologists learn and train to deliver solutions to real-world problems in IT domain.
